Continuing with the
Top 10 of 2019, hosted by Kimberly and Ginger, today’s topic is your favorite covers. I limited myself to books that I’ve read, even though I think a few of the ones I haven’t read have incredible covers and while I tried to keep it to only 2019 books, I’m so in love with the cover of The Duke I Tempted that I just couldn’t resist. So let’s hop to it!
Christmas background with free place for text, wooden snowflakes, lighting effect, Deer, blue background
Cover of The Duke I Tempted by Scarlett Peckham, shows a white woman in an off-white dress that flares out and shows the top of her shoulder blades Cover of A Prince on Paper by Alyssa Cole, classic clinch pose between a gorgeous black woman wearing a teal and purple dress with a slit, and a white man with reddish hair, with his sleeves rolled up and a vest Cover of With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo, which has a cartoon image of an Afro-Latina woman with curls on her head and a silk kercheif headband and there’s fruit around her Cover of Don’t Date Rosa Santos, has a teen girl in a yellow jumpsuit against a mural background that has a wave Cover of Brazen and the Beast has Hattie (white woman) in a bright blue dress with a deep sweetheart neckline and a jeweled choker necklace. Her blonde hair is pulled up and away from her face. Cover of Sapphire Flames by Ilona Andrews, and I love the purple and blue colors, Catalina is a white woman in a slinky purple dress and her hand is on Alessandro’s (white man) shoulder, he’s in a tux with a gun Cover of Aurora Blazing, has a badass space princess on the cover with blasters in each hand and a leather jacket on, you can only see her face from her nose down Cover of The Bromance Book Club, has cartoon image of presumably the backside of a man in jeans with a historical romance sticking out of his back pocket, and flowers in his hand by his side Cover of Blitzed by Alexa Martin has cartoon Maxwell (black man) dressed in green looking back at Brynn, (white woman), who is hugging Maxwell from behind wearing sunglasses and a blue dress Cover of The One for You by Roni Loren has a couple embracing like they’re about to dance. Her head is leaned against his shoulder and his face is tucked into hers
